Starter Kit Terms and Conditions
1 Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.
1.1 Offers available are as following:
- Small dog: 60 softgels plus free 30 sofgels. Total 90 softgels for cost of $59.90 and free shipping.
- Large dog: 120 softgels plus free 30 sofgels. Total 150 softgels for cost of $119.80 and free shipping.
- Small cat: 60 softgels plus free 30 sofgels. Total 90 softgels for cost of $59.90 and free shipping.
Above offers are not compatible with any other products or discounts.
2. Eligibility and entry restrictions
2.1 To be eligible for the starter kit program
(a)participants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States.
(b) plan to use the free booster pack on either a cat or dog in their possession.
2.2 The maximum number of free booster packs is one per household. In the event a customer is found to order more than one we may cancel and refund the order.
3. Start and closing dates
3.1 The starter kit is available until the promotion stock runs out (whichever comes first).
3.2 Any products purchased before the opening or after the closing of the starter kit will be not be valid for this promotional offer and will be charged at full price.
3.3 No responsibility can be accepted for product that is undeliverable due to participants not being able to receive product via standard postal methods
3.4: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the starter kit program and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.
4. Participants
4.1 This promotion applies to new customers only.
4.2 participants whose pet is deemed eligible by being a customer having zero order history may claim the starter kit offer.
4.3 There is no cash alternative for free product offered in the starter kit
4.4 Although the booster pack is free, participants must pay for the regular size pack that comes with the free pack.
4.5 The starter kit program and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
5. Free Products
5.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to deliver the free product however failure to respond to delivery notices will not be considered the responsibility of Vetz Petz nor Antinol or their promotional partners
5.3 The contact information supplied by participants will not be forwarded on to third party groups other than to fulfil the dispatch of all free goods.

6.1 We may undertake publicity activities relating to the free booster program
7. Supporting products and services
7:1 To accompany this starter kit program is a free app for users of ios or android, who would like to track the progress of their pet whilst on the 30-day Antinol program. The app can be accessed via either the ios and android app store and will be available beyond the starter kit program period. Neither the starter kit program or the app are considered suitable vet replacements and it is the explicit advice of Vetz Petz that you consult with your vet first before starting the starter kit program
7.2 As part of our commitment to both the veterinary community and the welfare of all participating pets, those enrolled in the starter kit program must provide details of the vet their pet is registered with.
